4 large Russet Potatoes (shredded)
1/4 cup All Purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Kosher Salt
Fry in oil of choice, vegetable works best. Fry until golden brown on both sides. In a regular frying pan is just fine.
How I like it:
After cooking while pancakes are still hot, sprinkle with SMALL amount of seasoning salt.
Serve with sauce of choice. Applesauce and sour cream are common. I like making a simple Russian dressing for mine. (horseradish, ketchup, Mayo, dry mustard, Worcestershire, pepper, salt, paprika) -OR- (super easy) Ketchup, Mayo, diced dill pickle, Hot sauce of choice.
